(1) When the commission publishes advertisement for filling up posts, the number of vacancies, service, group and sub-group, category or level, required minimum qualification, training or experience, if required, application form, examination form, application form The deadline and place of submission, the date of the examination and the method and medium (language) of the examination will also be published in the bulletin of the commission, national level daily newspapers, the website of the commission and other means of communication as required.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the deadline for submitting the application form shall be at least twenty one days from the date of publication of advertisement for the first time.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (2), the application form can be submitted within seven days from the date of expiry of the deadline for submission of the application form by paying a double fee of the examination fee.

(5) The Commission shall make a timetable and publish an advertisement once a year for filling up the vacancies in the civil service. But nothing contained in this bye-law shall prevent the publication of advertisements twice a year for filling up gazetted posts in the civil service.
(6) Regardless of what is written in this rule, if the commission feels that it is necessary to extend the deadline for submitting the application form due to any special circumstances, the commission may extend the deadline for submitting the application form.
